Husqvarna 435 Reviews
According to Husqvarna's website, the Husqvarna 435 is designed to be an all-around saw. It's easy to start and
manuever and also designed for lower fuel consumption and emissions. It has a fuel pump and has an Auto return stop
that helps in easy starting.

Reviews from Husqvarna's official website:
After a severe winter, even by New England standards, I finally broke down and
purchased a Husqvarna 435 chain saw. As a Massachusetts homeowner with an acre of property I had plenty of tree
limbs and a couple of small trees to deal with. The 435 made quick work of them and proved to be a valued assistant
during Spring clean-up. The 435 is easy to use and has plenty of 'homeowner' power in a manageable size. The saw's
safety features also give me peace of mind. - Tom from Massachusetts
Bought this a 435 with a 16 inch bar at Lowes to trim and fell trees around the house. It will be used for
firewood and Christmas tress as well. Day one this saw was amazing. Neighbors didn't complain about the noise and
there was little to no vibration. Took care of all the tasks that needed to be done. I will never buy a saw without
the Husqvarna name on it again. It took a little while to get it started the first time but that was more the
operator than the saw. - Scow84 from Medford, Oregon
Once it runs this saw does the job and idles very well. The problem I have had is
starting when cold and when its hot after about 15 minutes restarting is a real chore. I had it back to the shop
where I purchased it for both the hard starting and high throttle power loss and they adjusted the carburetor but
the starting problem persists. - Van from Grant Pass,

The reviews above fairly represents the reviews found on Husqvarna's official website. I commend them for
posting both positive and negative reviews. Just shows that the reviews are independent.
The following are reviews from Amazon:
I bought this saw to clean up storm damage and take down a fairly large tree. It
worked great. It is not a pro saw, but it is a high quality saw that should last the average homeowner years. I
would highly recommend this saw. - Outdoorsman
First day out of the box and about 20 minutes into cutting and it started to sputter and stall, eventually
would not run. Next day same thing all over again. Seemed to lack power for it's size as well. My prior experience
several years ago with Husqvarna was very positive. Since I purchased this chainsaw I have heard of the identical
experience from multiple sources. My impression is that they are not what they once were. I plan on buying a Stihl.
If you do decide to purchase this chainsaw I highly recommend that you do so from a shop that also does
service/repairs. Mine may just need a simple adjustment but I purchased it from a large chain hardware store and it
will not be a simple process. - Waterdog
I have a number of good chain saws of various sizes and brands, but the smaller 16"
gets the most use for felling even rather large trees and cutting firewood simply because it's lighter and easier
to maneuver than the larger saws. After my 39year old Homelite finally wore completely out, I was spooked away from
a new one by many not-so-whoopee product reviews of later models. By the same product reviews, I was drawn to the
Husqvarna 435 that was generally rated pretty good across the board in all categories. It tried to start on the
first pull in choked position, and instantly lit up on the next pull after choke was opened to normal position.
After normal warm-up time, it runs and idles perfectly while showing plenty of torque during my past two weeks of
using it to drop and cut-up a number of both live and dead/seasoned-out oak trees that were up to 18" in diameter.
It quickly cuts through live wood and hardened dead wood like hot butter. Quickly starts either from cold or hot
restart and runs/cuts beautifully in any position. Great saw - I couldn't be happier with anything
else. - Brent
CONCLUSION
All in all, most users of this chainsaw are satisfied. Those who aren't usually bought their saws online or from
big chain hardware stores that offer little afters ales support. It is recommend that you purchase from a
dealership accessible so you can easily get your saw fixed if ever something happens with your saw.
